Harvest box number 2 second half of the season

~Walla Walla sweet onions
~Tomatoes
~French Fingerling Potatoes

~Zucchini or Patty Pan

  2. Those pears are looking amazing - I can't wait to make a delicious dessert with them on the weekend. The corn has been fantastic but I'm curious about the squashes this week - is one of them ornamenta?

  3. Thanks! We will pass on the pear compliments to our friends at Snowy Mountain Organic Farm.
    LB, the squash this week was acron (dark one), and delicate (white with stripes). Neither are ornamental, the delicata are our favorites, sooooo sweet and you can eat the skin.

  4. Thank you! I'm not sure which herb I'm dealing with in the box either but it looks and smells wonderful! Clearly I have it in dried form too often because I can't ID it:)
